The terms and conditions below apply between you and us for the sale of our products. Before placing any order, please read them carefully and make sure you understand them.

Due to a number of different reasons, we may update these terms and conditions in the future, so please read them carefully. The latest update for this policy is as of 5th July 2016.

MAKING A PURCHASE

After you have identified the products that you want, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. Once you have everything you want in your cart, you can go ahead and proceed with the check out procedure. You will have to enter some details so that your order can be processed.

We will then send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order and at this point a contract has been made between us. No contract for the supply of goods will be deemed to exist between you and Gimoka Coffee UK unless, and until, an email is sent by Gimoka Coffee UK to you confirming that your order has been accepted. If any problem arises, we will email you within three business days to let you know if we cannot accept your order and why.

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of description, specifications and availability of all our products and services. However there may be occasions where errors occur. In that situation, Gimoka Coffee UK will contact you with a full explanation and you will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and therefore there will not be a contract between us.

Please note that we make every effort to display all our products accurately but these images are for illustrative purposes only.

We will usually check prices during dispatch. If at the time of dispatching we find that the product’s price is lower than the one you have been charged, we will charge the lower amount and refund any difference to you. If however, despite our best efforts to keep our pricing as accurate as possible, the goods’ correct price is higher than the one you have been charged for, we will contact you for instructions. If the pricing error is evident and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you, we do not have to provide the goods to you at the incorrect (lower) price.

All prices quoted include VAT where applicable but excludes delivery charges. If there is any change in pricing (including VAT changes) between the date you place the order and the date of delivery, we will notify you. You will then have the possibility to amend / cancel your order by logging onto our website or by sending us an email to info@gimokacoffee.co.uk within 7 days of our email, otherwise we will assume you have accepted these changes.

If an event outside our reasonable control takes place that will affect our capacity to complete the obligations to you, we will contact you as soon as we reasonable can to try to arrange the best possible way to complete our contract.

This contract is covered by English law. By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms, as well as our privacy policy and the terms of website use.

PRIVACY

We use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please make sure to read and to understand it before providing us any of your personal data.

DELIVERY

Our deliveries are by various couriers, including Yodel, DPD, MyHermes and Royal Mail.

We will normally dispatch our product within 1 working days and we aim to perform the delivery within three working days after dispatch. We will contact you if for any reason the wait is expected to be longer than that. Your order may arrive in more than one delivery.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended. If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Standard delivery is £4.99. Free standard delivery is available for orders above £19.99 to Uk Mainland only.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

If you wish to cancel your order, it is important that you notify us as quickly as possible. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

If goods are faulty or if you receive a product that you did not order, it can be returned to us, providing it is not more than 14 days since you received the goods. You can receive a refund only for boxes of coffee that have not been opened and are still in a saleable condition. You must ensure that the goods are properly packaged to protect against damage during the return shipping. Even if your order was bought with a free delivery, we will deduct a fee to cover handling and delivery charges of  £5.99 from your refund. This fee excludes the delivery costs of returning the goods to us, which will be beared by yourself.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 7 working days.

Please email sales@gimokacoffee.co.uk  and we will send you a returns document for your product return. Please enclose this document with your products and we will provide you with a refund within 30 days.

You are responsible to pay for the delivery charges to return the products to us.

This cancellation policy does not affect your statuatory rights.

PAYMENT & SECURITY

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Solo, UK Visa Debit Cards, American Express and PayPal.

All of our online transactions are processed securely by our payment service provider. Your credit card details are encrypted when your order is placed using SSL encryption software.

Gimoka Coffee UK never sees your card details, we are notified when your payment has been approved by your bank.

COMMENTS/COMPLAINTS

To make a suggestion or complain, please contact us at info@gimokacoffee.co.uk and we’ll do our best to deal with it as quickly as possible. Please also contact us if you have any question regarding this policy.

COMPETITION AND DISCOUNT

The information provided for a competition, such as name, contact details and telephone number, will be used in accordance with our privacy policy unless clearly stated on the competition entry page. Winners will be contacted by email. To claim your rewards, you have to follow the instruction specified in our email within 7 days or a new winner will be chosen.

Gimoka Coffee UK Coffee Ltd reserves the right to cancel a competition, voucher or discount code at any time.

All discount or voucher codes are typically valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated and can be terminated, extended or amended by Gimoka Coffee UK Coffee Ltd at any time. Vouchers are usually restricted to one use per client and cannot be used on any product or service already discounted or on sale.

COPYRIGHTS AND GENERAL CLAUSES

We may add, change or remove any part of our website, or we may decide to remove your access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary.

We take all reasonable steps to ensure the availability of this website at all times. However, Gimoka Coffee UK takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for any technical issues that may affect this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

All content included on this site including but not limited to web site design, text, graphics and logos are the property of Gimoka Coffee UK and are protected by UK and international copyright laws. For the only purpose of placing an order with Gimoka Coffee UK, you may view, copy and print sections of our website.
