Collection: Ground Coffee

Keep your ground coffee in an airtight container, away from light, heat, and moisture. Avoid storing it in the fridge and use it within a few weeks of opening for the best aroma.

The intensity indicator reflects roast strength, body, and flavour profile. A higher number means a bolder, richer coffee. It’s not a measure of caffeine.

Unopened packs stay fresh for up to 12–18 months. Once opened, consume within 3–6 weeks for optimal flavour. Always check the “best before” date on the pack.

All Gimoka coffees are roasted in Italy, following traditional methods to achieve an authentic Italian flavour.

Bean-to-cup machines require whole beans. We recommend using our Gimoka coffee beans instead as they’re designed for grinding fresh before brewing.

Gimoka ground coffee works perfectly with moka pots, filter machines, French presses, and espresso makers. It’s a versatile medium-fine grind suited to most brewing styles.
