You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By ordering from Gruppo Gimoka S.p.A, you fully accept the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop using the Website and discontinue purchasing from Gruppo Gimoka S.p.A in any form.

The contents of the Website, or any verbal communication from Gruppo Gimoka S.p.A does not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision.

OWNERSHIP

All goods remain the property of Gruppo Gimoka S.p.A until paid for in full.

DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to deliver orders placed before 12.00 noon Mon-Fri within the time-frame boundaries of the courier package you choose, however in the event we are out of stock we will send the items as soon possible. Delivery times for machines may vary.

Gruppo Gimoka S.p.A accept no liability in non-next working day delivery and under no circumstance compensate for said non delivery.

DELIVERY CHARGES

The delivery charge is calculated by the total price of the all items ordered; this is automatically calculated in the shopping cart for you. Please note that additional charges will apply for Channel isles or Scottish isles, Ireland & Scottish borders or preferential shipping requirements (e.g: before 12 / Saturday shipping).

RETURNING GOODS

Any opened/used consumables will not be accepted for refund or exchange. In regard to returning accessories (non-coffee products), you may be able to return the goods which are not faulty. We may accept returns up to 14 days after you have received the goods (for reference received time for the goods starts from the date you have signed for the goods (signature from the courier service is recorded for evidence).

We reserve the right not to refund items that are returned in unusable or unsellable condition, (e.g. - out of date, ripped packaging) PLEASE NOTE: The cost and responsibility of returning non faulty or unwanted goods will be the responsibility of the customer. We will only issue the refund once the goods are returned to us and we have agreed that the goods and packaging are in a satisfactory re-sellable condition and have not been used.

Whilst we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation, we must emphasise it is everyone's interest to ensure the correct items are being ordered and suited for your particular requirements.

COLOURS & IMAGES

The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software, photo quality and monitors, Gruppo Gimoka S.p.A also reserve the right to amend any designs or images without prior notice. Images are purely for illustration purposes and packaging or product may differ from the image shown, whilst we endeavour to ensure the images and content on the site is a current as possible, Gruppo Gimoka S.p.A will accept no liability for any errors or omissions in this information.

STOCK DATES (USE BY / SELL BY)

Gruppo Gimoka S.p.A have a minimum 28 day policy. No product we ship will have less than 28 days of expiry (exceptions can include fresh bake goods - cookies or promotional - low dated stock)

CONSUMER RIGHTS

None of these Terms and Conditions affect your statutory consumer rights.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your coffee and accessories order up until the point when the order has been dispatched, this usually occurs within 12 hours of the order being placed but may be longer or shorter depending on the circumstances. If an order is cancelled before dispatch any charges payments made by the customer will be refunded in full providing the goods have not been dispatched.

If the order is cancelled and the goods have already been dispatched it will be dealt with as a 'return'. And you the customer will be fully liable under the returns policy stated above. PLEASE NOTE: By purchasing equipment or entering into a lease agreement with Gruppo Gimoka S.p.A the above cancellation conditions no longer apply.

REFUNDS ON RETURNED GOODS

Refunds are given by credit or debit cards where possible however in most cases a credit note will be put on the customer account. Orders paid for by cheque or cash will be refunded by cheque unless otherwise stated, such amendment may result in a card admin fee of up to 5% depending on the amount and type of card used when purchasing the goods.

CHEQUE PAYMENTS

We can accept Cheque payment prior to processing an order if absolutely necessary. Please make cheques/postal orders payable to Gruppo Gimoka S.p.A and send to the contact address together with your order and you contact details by selecting the invoice option on the payment page. Please where possible include as much information as possible such as Order numbers and company names.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

Customer accounts are granted at the sole discretion of Gruppo Gimoka S.p.A, Gruppo Gimoka S.p.A reserve the right to charge interest on any "overdue account". An account is deemed overdue when invoices remain unpaid for a period of 28 days or longer.

SITE SECURITY

This website uses Stripe Secure Payment System for all credit card and debit card and Paypal transactions.

This website requires that you must register to use this site. As part of your initial order you will be asked to create a username and password. However, we do not record your credit or debit card details - this is to ensure complete security of your payment details.

PRIVACY

We use your personal information to provide the services you've requested (i.e. to process your order). We may also use this information for auditing, research and analysis to operate and improve our technologies and services. We will not pass your details on to any third parties.

VALIDITY

As coffee prices are determined on supply of the base product each year, prices are subject to change without notice. We will however endeavour to maintain the listed prices and any change to your list price will be made clear on the website.

ERRORS & OMISSIONS

The information included in this website has been checked for accuracy. Gruppo Gimoka S.p.A will accept no liability for any errors or omissions in this information.

PRICES

All prices are in pounds sterling, include VAT where stated. Carriage is added during the checkout process. All pricing is subject to change, Gruppo Gimoka S.p.A reserve the right to change any prices without prior notice.

EXPORT

We are a UK based company and do not ordinarily offer overseas shipping. However, please contact us if you have a special requirement for delivery.
