Gimoka Coffee UK aims to deliver your parcel as quickly and efficiently as possible. For the majority of our consignment we use tracked courier services from APC and Royal Mail to both businesses and home customers. Once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a link with your tracking information.
FREE DELIVERY OVER £24 EXCEPTIONS
Free delivery is offered to all items except for coffee beans. This is due to our couriers weight limits. Any items that weigh over 2kg will be sent out via our next day delivery partner. For coffee beans, all orders over £60 will receive free next day delivery. Any orders of coffee beans over 2kg and under £60 will result in a carriage charge being applied.
HOW CHARGES ARE CALCULATED
Delivery charges are automatically calculated in the checkout based on:
(1) Your region - if you live in more remote areas then a surcharge will be added to the normal delivery charge;
(2) The total price of all items ordered;
(3) Whether you order before 1pm*
*Please note there might sometimes be delays due various uncontrollable factors, our apologies and thanks for your patience and understanding.
VAT is charged only where applicable.
CHANGES IN DELIVERY CHARGES
Due to the increase in transport costs, fuel costs and driver shortages, we have had to raise our minimum free delivery costs in order to carry on providing our next day delivery service.
Gimoka minimum order for free next day delivery is now £60. With orders between £20-£60 incurring a delivery charge of £7.50

DELIVERY CHARGES TO MOST OF THE UK
These charges apply to most UK addresses, however if you live in more remote areas then an additional delivery surcharge will be added to the regular charges shown below.
Order values between £24.00 - £59.99:
£7.50+VAT for next day delivery service.
Order values under £25:
£3.30+VAT for a 3/5 day delivery service.
Orders over £60:

We strive to ensure your purchases arrive safe and sound. So all our products are carefully wrapped and boxed, as you would expect. If for any reason, your products do not arrive in the sort of condition / standard you are expecting, please contact us.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
If you order before midday your purchases will be with you the next working day if the order value is £60 or more.
Orders taken in an afternoon or evening will be with you within 2 working days.
Orders taken from noon on Friday (12.00 PM) through to noon on Monday will be delivered to you on Tuesday.
Please note that public holidays are not working days.
We publish an automated, anticipated delivery date on every product page, and within your basket.
Whilst these dates are correct 95% of the time, they should not be relied on solely, as Bank Holidays, Easter holidays and other changes to working weeks may affect them.
